SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.  Orders generally take 10 to 15 business days for processing and the order status will be listed as 'Unfulfilled' until it has shipped. Some products are in-bound and with current supply chain and COVID delays cannot be given a guaranteed shipping window.  Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday, excluding holidays.

 

Once you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. All of our packages are shipped via USPS and can be tracked online at https://www.usps.com/.  

 

Standard delivery is USPS Priority Mail and is expected to take 3-5 business days, once shipped.  Our shipping rates also include handling fees.

Your order may be split based upon item availability at the time the order is placed. In this case, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

RETURN POLICY

All items must be mailed back to Patronlee online return department.

We accept returns postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date. Returns must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags still attached. Items that are returned with obvious use, makeup or deodorant stains, perfume smells, etc. may be subject to rejection.

No returns or exchanges on sale items or accessories (jewelry, scarves, headbands, handbags, masks, bralettes, shoes, etc.)

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment or in the form of an online store credit. Refunds can not be issued to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date.

Customers are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return does not meet the above criteria, do not attempt to return it, as it will be rejected by our returns department. Cost of the re-shipping of a rejected item will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once our returns department has received your return, please allow for a 48 hour processing window. You will receive an email confirming your credit once your order has been processed and your credit applied.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?:

To return items, please ensure that the above criteria is met. After verifying, fill out the return portion of your original sales receipt, and include with your return, in either its original package or packaged so that it will not get damaged in shipment. We suggest that you send items back to Patronlee using a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in-transit to us.

Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 3 business days. After your return is processed you will receive an email with a store credit or refund for the amount of your returned item(s) and any applicable taxes and directions on how to obtain that credit. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Patronlee accepts the payment options listed above and all prices are displayed in USD.  We do not ship internationally.

Patronlee  is required to collect Sales Tax per each State's Guidelines. The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state+ local rate for the shipping address on the order.

NOTE - Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed as payment is processed automatically!
